Vijay has over 30 years of experience in the field of Contract Management and Execution.  Vijay worked as General Manager in Insurance Corporation India previously, he provides strategic advice on contract execution, risk management. He is responsible for software Development Life Cycle Management.

D Mani Gawande, Director, Strategic Services

Mani brings in valuable 25 years of experience in the field of power system studies and design. He worked with the leading organizations such as Reliance Industries, Reliance Power, ABB as design head and leading utilities locally in Australia executing projects worth $150m. He was the core group member for FEED, Concept Design and execution of world’s largest grass root refinery. In this role he long-term deputation to various leads engineering companies such as Bechtel, UK, Kaverner Process, UK for conceptual design and packaging of the refinery plants. He was involved in studying various available process technologies and assessing requirements of electrical power system components therein.

Rashmi Deshmukh, CEO and Director, Rutva Technologies

Rashmi brings in valuable experience in the field of finance, accounting and strategic business operations. Rashmita started her career as a Financial Consultant excelled to Operations Director improving her skills in leadership, Business Administration and Human resources, in various organizations such as Zurich Financial Services, UAE, and Indic Safe Power Australia prior to take up this role within Rutva Technologies.
